The cloud solution supports single sign-on via MS Azure and SAML 2.0. The synchronization of users and the transfer of organizational units is possible with MS Azure Active Directory (AD) in the cloud solution.
FAQ
The minimum contract term is 3 months. The contract is automatically extended by a further 3 months in each case, unless it is terminated with one month’s notice to the end of the quarter.
Cloud fees can be billed every three months.
SmartProcess uses one of the most secure cloud infrastructures. The application is hosted in a certified data center in Frankfurt (Germany) on AWS. For customers from the USA, the application is hosted in Ohio (USA) on AWS. Learn more about hosting with AWS
Upon acceptance of an offer, a contract for commissioned processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is automatically recognized and agreed upon as a supplement to the terms and conditions.
