A frequency is defined for recurring maintenance, which ensures that the user is automatically informed by e-mail when maintenance is due. The person responsible in the maintenance software can be an internal department or an external service provider. The external service provider is given access to the form in which he can document the maintenance result via the notification of the upcoming maintenance.
