Read receipts are now even more effective: you can now include knowledge questions in the approval and acknowledgement workflow to ensure that employees not only read content, but also understand it. - DeepL integration for translations:
Multilingual teams benefit from the new DeepL integration, which allows you to translate processes and workflow fields directly in SmartProcess for the entire process. - Extended REST API for workflow processes:
The REST API has already been significantly expanded in version 25.3: It now enables the reading, creation and modification of process data – ideal for deep system and automation integrations.
