Airbus

Airbus has one of the most modern range of passenger aircrafts and sells these to an ever-expanding market.

CWA works with Airbus on numerous domestic and international projects. One example includes a web- and workflow-based solution for customer service based on CWA Flow developed by CWA and integrated into specific Airbus systems and customer portals. The solution enables Airbus to manage all service transactions for the entire group and is used by Airbus in many other countries as a tool for maintaining high safety standards in aircraft construction.

BMW

As a globally active automotive group, the BMW Group plays a leading role on the car market.

CWA Flow is used at BMW to manage the workflow of service transactions between BMW and its partners over the Internet and intranet.

To configure the tool to BMW's exact specifications, information on the specific processes was collected at workshops held at the company. The high level of configurability of the forms and workflows achieved using the process designer means the demands of the individual departments can be flexibly met.

CDS Call Dispatch Scholz GmbH

When it comes to call dispatch, CDS is one of the strongest partners in the German-speaking world.

At CDS, CWA Flow is successfully used to process IT service requests in the call centre (IT Service Management).
Using defined workflows, the service agent is interactively guided through processing and is therefore able to complete processing tasks quickly and reliably.

CeWeColor AG & Co. OHG

CeWeColor is the European market leader in industrial photofinishing.

A web-based solution for marketing and field sales, based on CWA's workflow frameworks, was developed and integrated into CeWeColor's systems to support its form and visitor management systems.

Concordia Insurance Group

Concordia is a profitable insurance group that successfully operates throughout Germany based on a service-oriented approach.

At Concordia, CWA Flow is used in the area of complaints management in order to guarantee optimal customer service.

CWA Flow was optimally integrated into the existing infrastructure using web service interfaces. As a result, contract data from the host and users from the active directory can be accessed.

In effect, the high degree of integration enabled a cross-system process to be realised.

Frankfurter Sparkasse 

The Frankfurter Sparkasse is one of the oldest credit institutions and one of the largest savings banks in Germany.

Using CWA Flow, requirements and processes for the IT department at Frankfurter Sparkasse are captured locally in the branches and departments and approved and processed in the workflow. The planned processes in the process designer serve as a basis for the role-based control of the workflow.

Important aspects for the Frankfurter Sparkasse include a high degree of user friendliness and the ability to flexibly plan processes using the web-based process designer.

GROHE Water Technology AG & Co. KG

Grohe is the world's market leader in high-end sanitary fittings.

At Grohe, service reports are compiled in different languages at its international offices using CWA Flow and sent to the head office in Germany for processing and review. The solution is integrated into certain systems at the company. Data is routinely transferred to SAP BW, for instance. CWA Flow proved to be an effective solution for completing service forms from around the globe as well as processing and evaluating them centrally at the company.

Infraserv

Infraserv Logistics GmbH (a subsidiary of Infraserv Höchst) is the full service provider for end-to-end logistics.

CWA Flow is used at Infraserv to manage its service transactions in the logistics department. The flexible configuration of CWA Flow means specific processes can be quickly implemented. Full e-mail integration of CWA Flow for incoming and outgoing service requests remains one of the main functions.

Logosys Logistik GmbH

Logosys is a medium-sized company offering innovative, integrated logistics solutions.

CWA has installed CWA Flow as a standard solution at Logosys. Thanks to the high level of customisation offered by CWA Flow, Logosys was able to flexibly configure the program to meet its individual needs and thus include specific workflows within the company.

METTLER TOLEDO

Mettler Toledo Process Analytics is a leading supplier to end users and system integrators for analytical measurement systems used to achieve fluid production processes.

The CWA Flow solution supports Mettler Toledo in service and claims management. The company was impressed by the flexible option to define individual forms and workflows and the simple and clear, well-designed interface of the CWA Flow software. CWA’s fast and professional customer service has been a positive factor in supporting the product introduction.

NÖGKK - Lower Austria Health Insurance

NÖGKK supports almost 1.1 million people and provides a comprehensive health service.

Using CWA Flow, service requests and suggestions for improvements are captured and processed. At present, the data of 25 facilities is processed, as is the information that is provided via integrated web forms, and this data is primarily evaluated at a central location. Furthermore, the system supports fast communication with the customer by e-mail and by post, which leads to improvements in customer service.

The high degree of flexibility of CWA Flow is particularly advantageous and means that individual requirements can be rapidly implemented.

Philips

Philips is one of the largest electronics companies in the world.

CWA Flow is used internationally at Philips APM (Automatic Playback Modules) to manage 8D reports and service transactions in the automotive industry.

The main advantages of the system have proved to be: the intelligent integration of 8D reports and service transactions, the online processing on any standard Internet browser from any company site, the available range of reports and the rapid customisation to specific requirements.

Crystal Reports was also integrated into CWA Flow for use in complex reports (special PPM reports (with forecasts), supplier ratings, etc.).

Springer Science+Business Media

Springer is the world's second-largest specialist publisher in the science/technology/medicine sector.

Springer uses CWA Flow to process its service transactions on an international basis. The main features include the integration of web forms and e-mails in the handling process, global accessibility using an Internet browser and the ready adaptability to specific needs and demands.
